Bio

My research focuses on studying ovarian cancer stem cells, a subset of tumor cells that are resistant to chemotherapy and capable of repopulating tumors. I am particularly interested in understanding the signaling pathways and components of the tumor microenvironment that support and enhance cancer stem cell phenotypes.
