Areas of Research

Marsh Ecology, Tidal Creek Geomorphology, Ecosystem Engineers, Burrowing Behavior, Benthic Community Dynamics

Bio

My research focuses on the impacts of burrowing crabs as ecosystem engineers on tidal creek geomorphology. I am also interested in how interspecific interactions among crab species influence burrowing behavior.
