Student Opportunities

  1. I am currently looking for undergraduate students to participate in my lab. Visit my Lab Website and send me an email briefly describing your interest in the lab and research.
  2. I am currently recruiting M.S. and Ph.D. students to start in the Evolutionary Biology program in Fall 2024. If you are interested in pursuing a graduate degree with me at SDSU, please visit my Lab Website and familiarize yourself with the kinds of questions we are interested in and work we do. Take a look at our Published Research to get a sense of the kind of work you would be doing with us. If you are still excited, send Dr. Brock an email with your CV and brief description of your research interests and why you want to join the lab.

Bio

Kinsey Brock is a herpetologist and evolutionary biologist studying how human activities, urbanization, and climate change shape reptile and amphibian biology. She is particularly interested in how these cold-blooded creatures adapt to life in big, hot cities.
